Lilira: A Meeting in Aden
** A scroll scribed to the residents and adventurers of Dragon’s Exodus **
Greetings everyone,
As most of you are now aware of, I and various others (Ciryath, Grysygonth Grimhammer, Rangek Ath'loren, Elvaril Galanodel, Menomaru Kyanni, Taren, Cerethon Lomendir, Briggot and towards the end, Phrez Ghang'Tyr) met with a Nalfeshnee, a demon type. It was given gold in exchange for information as to what has been behind these demon attacks. This creature is a grotesque blending of an ape and a corpulent boar. It stands on it's hind legs, rising to more than three times the height of a human. It has a pair of feathered wings that seem ridiculously small compared to the rest of it's body.
The Nalfeshnee was able to enlighten and confirm many points of interest for us. Lady Irkalla, the Queen of Demons is behind the attacks. Her motive is revenge: Nante from Circle of Fire for Drachenfell of Maelstrom for killing her son during the Ogre Wars. As Nante and Drachenfell cannot be found, she has taken her revenge on Circle of Fire and Maelstrom, pitting them against each other. She also wants revenge on Princess Kiren of the Elven Borderlands whose ring opened a portal to the Demon Temple, allowing an attack force to enter. The Queen of Demons will have both clans and the Princess destroyed.
The only other thing of interest was of the Nalfeshnee's bragging of how the demons were setting up Maelstrom and how easy and fun it was to manipulate them. The Queen of Demon cares not if there are demons within that clan, she just wants to destroy ALL of Maelstrom as well as Circle of Fire. At least we know now what we are dealing with and can now try to take steps to end this onslaught against our clans and the cities of Dragon’s Exodus.
