The Mayor's Appeal
Our Lieutenant has been brutally slain today by a host of warriors, some of whom seemed to wear Maelstrom colors. Their leader seemed to be the Lady Diamante, long known for her blood lust. In view of the severity of the events, the lieutenant's deputy has been appointed in his stead.
I appeal to the citizens of our fair city to remain calm and go on
with their business. The recent events will be investigated. Keep
your shops open as usual and above all don't panic.
