The Captain's Verdict
In view of recent events, all borders of the Kingdom are being sealed. All visitors entering the kingdom can expect to be searched and sent back without notice on suspicion of wrongdoing.
No travelers from the Clan that goes by the name of Circle of Fire shall be permitted within our boundaries on the penalty of death. Any who stray within our boundaries will be executed. Further action against them is being contemplated when the villain is apprehended.
Thus has it been written and thus shall it be obeyed.
